• Minimum rental term is three months.
• Minimum monthly rental rate is $29.95.
• Two working days notice are required to open an account.
• Transportation charges are dependent upon length of rental agreement.
• Additional transportation charges may apply to orders outside the metro Denver area.
• Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm.
• All accounts are subject to credit approval and an additional deposit may apply.

• Applicable taxes will be added to rental rates and fees.

• We guarantee to meet our service commitment by having our drivers there for delivery or pickup of your product on the date promised.
• We guarantee our appliances to be a quality product in top working condition.
• We guarantee that if within one week of delivery you are not satisfied with the condition of any appliance we will exchange it for free within two business days.
• We guarantee that during the rental term if service of equipment is required we will replace the product, free of charge, within two business days.
• If any of the above guarantees are not met, you will not be charged until the issue is resolved. If you are still unsatisfied, we guarantee to pick up the product and refund your money.

• Currently, we deliver in the metro Denver, Colorado, area.
• If you have a need outside of this area but within a reasonable distance, we may be able to help you but will charge an additional fee. Please contact us to determine if this is possible and at what price.
