QUESTIONS ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH US
How do I get started?
First select the items that you want and then complete the application and rental agreement. Remember to click the submit button.
How long do I have to rent the items for?
Flexibility is very important. You can choose from three, six, or twelve month agreements; whichever is most convenient for you.
Is there a charge to deliver the product I select?
Delivery charge is variable depending on the length of the lease. Please call for details.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available 24 hours a day via the Internet, by phone Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Must I be home when you deliver?
We would enjoy meeting you when we deliver your product; however, as long as we have a verifiable way to enter the premises you are not required to be present.
Do I receive a bill each month when my statement is due?
You can sign up for automatic payment via your credit card for your convenience. We will send you an invoice at the beginning of the month for the following month’s payment. Remember, you can also pay online.
What happens if an appliance malfunctions?
Typically issues are of a common nature and can be easily remedied. Simply go to the Frequently Asked Question section of the website and look for your particular situation. If that does not handle your needs please e-mail or call us and we will take care of it. Remember you have our Service Commitment Guarantee. Most often, we simply bring a replacement to minimize your inconvenience.
Can I purchase the product after I’ve rented it or does any of my money ever go towards owning the item?
Certainly! After you completed at least three months of your rental agreement you may purchase your rented items at a fair market price established by management at Household Appliance Rentals. To see an example of this go to the policies and procedures section and look for our Rental Purchase Program. You will always know your purchase price in advance as there will be no surprises. A portion of each month’s payment does go towards the eventual ownership of the item as you can see the purchase price declines each month. We’ve chosen to illustrate our Rental Purchase Program with a washer and dryer set; however, we can establish a Rental Purchase Program for any item.

Apply online here. Select your items and request a delivery date. We will contact you to finalize all of the arrangements.
